酒店接待處職員服務不佳，安排我們入住地下室房間，沒有電梯，要經過很長的樓梯才能到達房間，對於我們年紀大的住客來講很辛苦，另外入房後有很大的空氣潮濕氣味，感覺不舒服，還有些不愉快的經曆，使我們覺得不會再選擇這種服務與收費不配稱的酒店。

I’ve just returned home after another wonderful stay at the fabulous Covent Garden Hotel. Every member of staff exceeds expectations in providing the best guest experience possible - nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is amazing, the rooms are awesome and the restaurant Brasserie Max is just sensational (I had a delicious breakfast and dinner there). A huge thank you to the whole team - I can’t wait to return.

My husband and I stayed in a junior suite for three nights in August and LOVED the hotel. We agreed we will stay here again anytime we're in London. Highlights for us: * Superb service throughout - friendly, gracious, professional, attentive * The most comfortable bed ever - they sell the beds * Delicious breakfast buffet and high tea * Terrific bar especially the martinis * Cozey and beautiful interiors especially the lounge/library area for guests * The honor bar upstairs :) * The location with lots of shops, pubs, restaurants and pedestrian traffic - great energy * Short 10-minute walk to two different tube stations * Also a 10-minute walk to the National Gallery of Art and Trafalgar Square I look forward to returning one day - thanks for an excellent stay!

Since my first trip advisor review in April this year the Covent Garden hotel has become our “local” (despite being over 250 miles away) whenever we visit our daughter who lives a short distance away in Covent Garden. They all love my daughter and it is so good knowing she is cared for and looked after where she chooses to socialize. That they also treat my wife and I so well is an added bonus. We are on a first name basis with pretty much all the hall, bar and restaurant staff. Whenever we visit they remember us and our drinks and treat us like friends. A special mention for Flávio, Sam, Luca, Allan, Thomas, Mary and Bulla who always give exemplary service. I can highly recommend the Covent Garden hotel to anyone visiting London and staying in the Seven Dials & Covent Garden area, a fabulous hotel in a quieter area of London but still close enough to major attractions.

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times, and I am a fan of the Firmdale properties. The pros: Great bellmen Good service The cons: This hotel is really starting to show her age. The bathroom towels were terrible (I have had better at 3 star hotels). The room layout and decor were very average. This was a newly decorated room and it was well below my normal experience at this hotel. I will not return to this property, but I have not given up on Firmdale.
