I stayed one night while working in London. The hostel has a friendly vibe and a good location, but several issues made the stay uncomfortable. I was assigned the top bed of a three-tier bunk, which was extremely difficult and even dangerous to climb — the steps were steep, vertical, and high. Definitely not suitable for everyone. The bathroom was the worst part. There was no shower panel and no drain in the dry area, so water flooded across the floor. By evening, it was ankle-deep, and even worse in the morning after others had used it. This setup is unhygienic and needs urgent attention. I also booked my bed with breakfast, hoping to start my day early. Unfortunately, the chef was late and breakfast wasn’t available until 10am — and even then, he didn’t show up. Staff couldn’t confirm when it would be served, so I had to go out and buy breakfast elsewhere. The receptionist said she couldn’t refund me and advised contacting Trip.com. Thankfully, Trip.com handled it smoothly and refunded me in Trip Coins. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, but the safety, cleanliness, and service need serious improvement.

Had been in 12 beds room. People talked  whole night. Gest who were students from Bangladesh and India droped trashed on the floor, smells. People snored high in more than haft of the gests and the rest of gest banking on the bed. Terrible night that I cant sleep at all. Booked for 2night but left the hotel after first night. I had to book another hotel for the second night.
