This is a very old hotel, and the facilities are quite dated. While the breakfast spread was decent, the plates and cutlery were almost never clean. The service was practically nonexistent; I had several large suitcases and struggled to open the door, but no one offered to help. It's pretty much a self-service hotel.

Excellent, fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again. It was very comfortable. Hahahahahahahahahahaha (This part seems to be an expression of extreme satisfaction/laughter and is best kept as is, or slightly adapted to convey the feeling, e.g., 'So good, so good, so good!'). So good, so good, so good, so good, so good, so good, so good, so good, so good, so good, so good, so good, so good, so good, so good.

Great location! There were a lot of international guests. The rooms were a bit clustered together, so it took some searching to find ours. Breakfast was plentiful, but there was a queue. Plenty of dining options nearby, and it's close to UCL and the British Museum.

This hotel was the most unpleasant part of an otherwise perfect UK trip. I highly recommend checking out all the negative reviews for specific reasons before booking. If you're considering it for the location, there are plenty of other hotels nearby. Of course, the hotel thinks very highly of itself. I spoke with their lobby manager – despite his tie and sharp suit, his bureaucratic and arrogant attitude completely misses the point of hospitality. When you complain about an issue, he calls you rude. Stepping into this hotel feels like arriving in a South Asian country; the front desk, lobby manager, restaurant staff, and housekeeping are all Indian. Based on my personal experience, if you happen to leave behind valuables or encounter other unexpected problems, the chances of getting them back are probably very low. They'll come up with all sorts of excuses. 'Housekeeping staff all left at 5:30 PM, no one is here,' 'Your original room has already been checked into because you've already checked out,' and so on and so forth… Avoid this London hotel, it's a terrible experience that will make you shake your head. Breakfast was the same for four days straight, and wiping cloths were unhygienically mixed. My first room was drafty and noisy, and the front desk just blamed me, which was annoying. Moving to a second room was even more outrageous, with dirty clothes left behind by the previous guest. They tried to push a three-bed room on a solo traveler; the solution was ridiculous, so I refused. There were even clothes moths crawling on the walls – the hygiene was simply appalling. When I left something behind after checking out, getting help was difficult; they couldn't find a record and made excuses. They falsely claimed the hotel was full and made lame excuses, with staff too lazy to help. The lobby manager was confrontational, citing poor facilities and chaotic management. This is a supposedly grand and royal brand, but it's one to avoid, avoid, avoid! Ctrip, however, is still trustworthy; they assisted with the room change issue during check-in. But when we're traveling, comfort and ease are paramount, so I'd really suggest avoiding this hotel. The pictures might be unsettling – small insects and dirty clothes left in the room!

This hotel is quite spacious and located in a quiet area near the bustling city center, right next to the British Museum and University College London. It's a very comfortable neighborhood with wide streets. There's a Chongqing restaurant on the ground floor, which is great for Chinese palates. The hotel staff are friendly and the management is well-organized. At this price, it offers excellent value for money.

This place in the UK is pretty good. Since I'm here on a business trip, my accommodation requirements aren't too high. The location here is excellent; it's very close to the subway station, and there's also a mall nearby.
