Hilton London Bankside

This hotel offers great value for money. It's conveniently located right behind the Tate Museum and very close to the River Thames, making transportation easy. The rooms are large, clean, and tidied daily. The breakfast is fantastic and varied, especially the hash browns and cakes.

The room was decent and quite spacious, but not very close to the metro station. Now, let's talk about the service, which was a huge hassle during checkout. The front desk staff, I assume because I'm Asian, served a Caucasian person who arrived after me, even though I had been waiting in line for a long time. It was really infuriating, but since I was only staying one night, I couldn't be bothered to make a fuss. As for soundproofing, it was practically nonexistent; the sound insulation was terrible.

The bathtub was really high, and it was quite a struggle to climb in and out every day for showers. The cleaning staff also didn't bother to wipe the tub daily, which made it even more slippery. I left a message for the hotel, but I still haven't heard back. So frustrating!

The connecting rooms were perfect for two adults and two children! The location is also great, with two supermarkets right outside, which is very convenient. Plus, it's really close to the subway!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center near the financial district. It's about a 10-minute walk to Borough Market, a must-visit in London.

The room was spacious and bright, and spotlessly clean. The mattress was just right, not too soft nor too hard, leading to an excellent night's sleep. The view from the window was expansive, and the soundproofing was superb. Highly recommended for business trips or travel!

Excellent stay! The room and bed were both spacious, and the front desk staff was exceptionally kind. The location is also fantastic. They provided drinking water, slippers, and welcome cookies. The 12 PM checkout time was very convenient, and my deposit was refunded extremely quickly. I even stayed here again the next day!

Undoubtedly the best Hilton in London. It surpasses other Hiltons in terms of service and security. Unlike other five-star hotels in London that merely claim the rating, this is a true five-star hotel with genuine five-star service. It's also just a few minutes' walk from the Tate Modern.

Booked the hotel in advance, great value for money. The room was spacious. London was a lot of fun. Hope everyone has a wonderful trip! City walks are highly recommended. Enjoyed exploring and trying out different foods.
