Gorgeous hotel, decent location, I had heard of seabird before but didn’t realise it was on the rooftop of this hotel when booking so that was a nice surprise

We had great service. Able to check in early as a room was available. All the receptionists were efficient and pleasant. We had a lunch and again staff were great. It was my wife’s birthday and they produced complimentary bubbles. Armi in particular has alway been excellent, chatty, interested in what we are up to, booking seabird. We went to seabird for oysters and martini. The oysters were great in fact they were from our home area. We have been to the Hoxton in Holborn, but have been to Southwark several times and always well look after. We have had a few surprise birthdays. More to come!

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the subway, right by the Thames River, convenient for city walk, and very convenient for visiting famous attractions.
The room is relatively new, warm style, complete facilities, clean and quiet
The hotel is stylish and beautiful. The breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor is delicious and the waiters are very enthusiastic.
The restaurant on the top floor is a famous restaurant in London. The food is good and reservation is required.

Originally planned to stay three nights but had to shorten stay to one night because of a family emergency. Hotel was very accommodating and refunded me the 2 nights of my prepaid non-cancelable charge.
I am sorry I was not able to spend more longer because the Hoxton hotel was clean, comfortable, and very wecloming. We liked the decor and found the reception staff very helpful and pleasant. The room was not large but we did not feel like we needed more space; it felt welcoming and cozy.

Was an amazing hotel, except they shut the bars early because there wasn’t enough people, which was disappointing as we had our work event and where told when I called that the bars would be available.

Best hotel on our European trip. Big, comfortable and all the amenities you could want. They even have milk in your mini fridge in case you want to make coffee/tea in your room. More than we could’ve asked for.

Only received housekeeping once for the whole week. Had to keep calling front desk (when they weren't busy enough to answer) for new towels, water and drinking cups. The bed was also very uncomfortable and the pillows were so flat I had to request for an additional one for relief. Room had no ventilation either.
