The hotel is located in the city center and the facilities are relatively old. It is incomparable to the DoubleTree by Hilton in China. You get a cookie when you check in. Breakfast is not buffet style but gives you a coupon. The choices are very limited.

There is a lot of dust in the room
Since I did not receive complete check-in information before check-in, the hotel could not check my check-in information. Fortunately, it was remedied after the second day.
The plane was very tiring and the attitude of the staff on the first day was very bad, so it is not recommended.
If you want to go to RBC place, this hotel has a special connecting passage, it's okay to stay temporarily, but it's really not recommended

Really satisfied, the front desk service attitude is very good, and they gave us cookies to eat, the room is also very clean, the elevator downstairs can only be swiped by card, the safety factor is very high, a very satisfactory experience

Enjoyed the pool and the room . But the elevators were not working or only one would work. This was very hard to get up and down. Had to use the stairs several times.

I was expecting more from what was listed as 4 star, but this is London and not Toronto, so maybe this is a comparative measure being in London. Room wasn't in the best shape. Flaking ceiling in the bathroom. Coffee maker only filled the cup halfway somehow. The in room safe was showing an error message and didn't work. "see" it said which I assume stands for "service." I'll try the other 4 star in London the next time I stay there.

I stayed here for one night while visiting somebody over the holidays. The room was pretty rundown, the faucet in the bathroom would not turn off, so it was running the entire time. The light switches are in awkward locations all in all it’s a completely mediocre hotel nothing special.
I walked around the area in the morning to go find a coffee shop. And I noticed a lot of strange looking characters. I felt slightly uncomfortable while walking around. Then I noticed the fact that the elevator does not require you to scan your key before it lets you go up. So in theory, anybody could use that elevator and could get to any floor. I do not like this.
