Stayed 2 night, good room size and very good view and bright, love the breakfast but the WiFi didn’t work maybe I stayed in room at the end, room also looks a bit tiring but I value the view and quiet.

Best Hotel in London I've ever stayed. This was also my mum's last two days staying in UK and she enjoyed here. Our room has been upgraded as well. The reception are soooo nice!

It was clean, and the location is great, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth it. The price was cheaper than other places around, if you’re on a budget may be a good option.
But don’t trust the pictures — everything was very old, the pictures are from better days. They did some renovations, but the furniture was ancient, and the bathroom had moldy smell.
Also, there was a mistake in my booking, instead of 1 person it said 3, so I had an extra trolley bed in my room that took most of the space. In addition, the walls are very thin — I could hear the neighbors all the time, and even when they tried to put something in the outlet on another side of the wall, it was super loud.
Overall, not the best experience.

Rooms extremely dated and noisy. Could hear a conversation in the next room...trains sounded like they were in the room and the ran rattled every 20 seconds despite being turned off!!
Thank goodness I wasn't in the room long! Not worth the money or the star rating
