View is what sold it here other than that for a 5star hotel it's more like a 3star pushing onto a 4 star the whole inside / reception & hallways really needs renovating they have holes in the carpets and some graffiti on the walls , the room I booked (Thames premier deluxe room) had an amazing view which is what made the room worth the money but interior was outdated also there was just holes in the ceiling / walls & the woodwork needed to be replaced even had a burn hole in the mattress this 5star hotel should be a 4star at maximum won't be visiting again until its been renovated

The location is far from the overgound/underground. The room is stuffy. The shower head is weak. The room is dark. I felt like this hotel is 3 stars rather than 5.

Overall it was ok. It has been a few years since I last stayed here. I didn’t get the same feeling, the room I was in needs a little attention I.e tile in bathroom feels loose and carpet areas tattered behind the wardrobe and bar doors. I was also asked to pay a refundable deposit when I arrived, I know this is protocol with hotels but I am usually informed before arrival, this was not the case. Other than that it was ok but I doubt I will be returning again.

Staff was pretty friendly, breakfast is worth more than the price, but the sense of smoking smell from former user can be sensed.
