Usually no hotel staff will take copy of my credit card except Hotting Hill Gate, this morning I find a transaction not authorized by me in my card because my info was stolen! I am very upset and will never use this hotel again!

There are spider webs on the bedside and roof of the hotel room, and there is a lot of dust on the lamp, but the location cannot be said to be great.

Went to watch the football and used this hotel as a base. Ideal for Notting Hill gate tube. Stunning buildings nearby and Kensington Palace well worth a stop.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Room was small but we had no issues. Beds were comfy and had a great sleep. Even kept hold of our bags for us while.we explored on day 2.
Give it a try and worth a go as a solid reliable London base. Just tucked off main road but noise not an issue either. Fab!

As described by others, the hotel could do with some TLC and the rooms seen are small. But they were clean, the staff were friendly, quiet, in a good location for underground and shops. So for London / the price bracket is good and fine for a night or two. I'd go again.

I booked a single room and wasn’t expecting much but omg the room was very small, the size of a double bed at most so I had the single bed and the same space again to move around in. The room was cleaning and the bedding was fresh, the bed however was very uncomfortable. Overall it was nice and the staff were very polite and helpful, I would stay there again just maybe not in the single room

Staff extra friendly and helpful. Could not do enough to make stay pleasant. Hotel 2 min walk to bus stop, 5 mins to tube.

- Noisy in the evenings
- Terrible smell from the drain in the bathroom
- Room was freezing but thankfully had an electric heater and spare blankets
- Cleaning und updating required
- Good location for Tube
- Wifi ok to get some work completed
- Good shower with warm water (not always guaranteed in London)
- Basic but ok for 1 or 2 nights
