Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London

I stayed at this hotel while visiting several students at universities and schools in London. Its location is excellent: the London Eye is right outside, and the views of the River Thames from the lobby are lovely. Having breakfast while watching the city buses go by was a particularly memorable experience. Our room was spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area, and the design was very well thought out. It was also easy to get around. The Tube and train stations were about a 10-minute walk away, and we enjoyed strolling to the opera and a Chinese restaurant, taking in the beautiful scenery along the way. Thank you for such a special and enjoyable stay!

A wonderful stay — I would definitely return! From the moment our taxi dropped us off outside Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, the service was excellent. We had a lot of luggage, and a staff member immediately came outside to help and offered to take it to our room. This made our arrival so much easier. The staff at check-in were also very friendly. The hotel was spacious and clean, and I was impressed as soon as I walked into the lobby. We booked a room with a Big Ben view, and it was wonderful to see Big Ben directly in front of us through the window. The breakfast was delicious too. At check-out, I asked if someone could bring our luggage from the room to our taxi. The staff kindly helped and even loaded everything into the taxi for us. The friendly service, beautiful view and comfortable surroundings made this a fantastic stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London!

The location is great. We stayed here everytime we came to London. This is our 5th time visit. The only thing that really needs to be improved this time is pillows. The pillows need to be changed for more comfortable. Please check the pillows and replace the new one. We probably will be back again during Christmas. :))

We booked the Double Studio and were impressed by how spacious it is, with extra living area, rare for central London. There is an automated umbrella kiosk at the lobby; guests can borrow umbrellas free for 48 hours, a thoughtful perk for London’s sudden showers. The location can’t be beaten – London Eye, Westminster Abbey are all within walking distance. The hotel is very big, expect queues at check-in and busy breakfast hours. Ideal for sightseers who want to stay central and enjoy iconic views.
