The hotel's location relative to the subway is a bit awkward – not too close, not too far. It's a bit too long to walk, but not really worth taking a cab. The same goes for shopping nearby; it takes about ten minutes on foot. The room itself feels old, and the windows are even older and let in a draft. The view outside the window is quite unkempt and run-down, which really dampened my mood. The room was clean, though, and the shower pressure was quite weak and slow. Overall, it's an older property, but the price was reasonable.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right near Paddington Station. The staff were really welcoming, and while the room wasn't huge, it was quite clean. Breakfast was excellent! 👍 Great value for money.

Excellent reception team, very friendly and welcoming. Received a room upgrade upon arrival and a free bottle of Prosecco! Very comfortable bed and spacious room, with a very modern and sleek design. Great location with easily accessible shops and public transport nearby. Cleanliness was spot on, and the free provided breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Definitely will be looking to stay if ever in London again.

Beyond its great location, there's nothing else positive to say. On the first night, I was put in a basement room where neither the heating nor the underfloor heating worked. After some negotiation, I was moved to a first-floor room, but the internet was non-existent. The food was simple and tasty enough. The location is undeniably fantastic, just a 6-minute walk from Paddington tube station, and Hyde Park and Kensington Palace are only a few minutes' walk away.

Everything is okay ! Quite shock that our room has a microwave, easy for us to cook our ready to eat food ! if i go to london again, pretty sure i will book this hotel again !
