Located in Paddington and only a 5-minute walk from railway station and Hyde Park. It was lovely stay for accommodations and breakfast, free Wifi and mini bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, Front Office / Housekeeping/Restaurant etc. We would definitely come back and highly recommend.

The original request was not to have a ground floor room, a quiet, clean room.
But I was assigned a room in the ba*****t. Even though I had been on the road the day before, I couldn't fall asleep and suffered from insomnia all night.
The room is so small that even a 20-inch suitcase cannot be opened flat;
Since it is in the ba*****t, the air cannot circulate, making it very stuffy and depressing;
There is a green light at the top of the door, which is very strange and cannot be turned off;
The room does not match the photo at all. The so-called window cannot be opened, and I don’t know if it is a wall or something outside...
The sound insulation effect is relatively poor, you can clearly hear the sounds and noises from next door;
The only good thing is that I helped carry my luggage down the steps when I left...
The price/performance ratio is extremely low;

Fantastic Hotel located next to Paddington station so incredibly convenient. Solo lady traveler, felt very safe and respected. Rooms super comfortable with great amenities Great restaurant that specializes in Indian cuisine but has European dishes also. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will be staying again.

Only gripe would be the smell, smelled a bit like cat pee in hallways and stairwell. Oh and the annoying bright green light above the door I guess for safety to show the way to the door, but it just seemed really bright so might keep light sleepers awake.
