Location was excellent, very near the underground station - Lancaster Gate. Paddington station is also nearby if you need to take the Elizabeth line to Heathrow. Hyde park is nearby too - can go for a walk or a run. As for the hotel - checking-in was a breeze. The room itself and the bathroom were clean. Breakfast spread was decent. Enjoyed our stay here.

The location of the hotel next to Hyde Park is excellent. The exterior of the hotel is pleasant and classic. The fitting and facilities in the interior, especially that in the room are aged and at times outright run down and in need of repair or upgrade. The size of the room is also challengingly small, even going by the standard of London hotels. Breakfast is standard and average.

The staff are very kind but the bedroom is not very clean. I saw a few insect in my room. No bacis water is provided. The breakfast is too expensive.

The facilities are a bit old and rough around the edges, but the facilities for the most part are clean. The shower is a bit small too, but for the price and location, it is not bad.

The location is really convenient. The distance to many tourist attractions is walkable. Also, the room size in this price range is very ideal. The lobby is quite decent as well.

Good location with Lancaster Gate station just 3 mins away, Hyde Park is just next to the hotel location. The room is quite spacious with all amenities stated provided.

This hotel is located in the best location, right cross the road from the beautiful Hyde Park with a lot of cute little squirrels jumping around. 🤗 It’s also very close to Lancaster Gate underground station however the station was temporarily closed during our stay, we had to get off in either Queens Way or the famous Paddington Station 🐻, both are within 10 minutes walk. It’s a beautiful and safe neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book again in the future if we come to visit London again. Thank you so much
