The hotel is located in the heart of it all.
Very hospitable and clean.

The breakfast was a bit dull... Needs a freshening.

Large room, great location for theatres and Mall area. Coffee machine in room is always a bonus!

Very central for theatres and only a 30 min walk from Victoria Station.
Easy check in and even got an upgrade and a bottle of prosecco as celebrating.
The only negative was the coffee. Only a nespresso machine in the room so couldn't have a cup of tea or a coffee with milk or sugar
The coffee machine at breakfast kept going wrong so I suggest taking your own (fridge in room for your milk)
Apart from that a great hotel with friendly staff on reception
