Fraser Place Canary Wharf

The washing machine is not very clean! Some strange smell in it~ but the kitchen set is perfect!

Nice area to stay in and and an affordable serviced apartment to enjoy it.

Very good stay

1) Quiet location: challenging to find if u walk fr Canary Wharf Train station Google map not so on point but we had he help of a police officer and a very nice lad 2) Short-cuts: short cuts are available to and from the train station - need to navigate and if managed to find, can zip around without being exposed to the cold 3) Scenery: Nice scenery.. basically hear the sound of birds only. 4) Basic amenities: Has everything you need except oral care products. The brands supplied are good names such as L’occitane and Bosch etc. 5) Bathroom: bathtub bathing. Tub seems smaller than usual.

A jam of a spot - tucked a few minutes from the financial area, the property is charming in a very quite area - simply outstanding. There is free premium coffee and tea in the lobby and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. The view from the room is fantastic ...even had a nice balcony. I would stay again and again.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at Fraser Palace. We enjoyed it so much that we thought we’d stay again. Everything was going smoothly until we woke up to the Air Con leaking. We had a small puddle on the floor and two long water strains running down the wall. We notified Reception which we were told ‘we will have someone look into it’ the man never asked for a room number and didn’t even act like he was going to so we said the room number and went on about our day. When we got back it was clear that no one had even come to check on the air con - it’s clear that this is something which happens a lot in this room as the picture had water stains and so did the skirting boards where it had leaked before we stayed. We kept the air con off that day and had to have the windows open instead which meant we could hear everything going on outside. The next day we decided to put the air con on again. We kept a close eye on the same spots it leaked from before and there was nothing. However, before we went to bed we checked again and found that it had been leaking again but from a different area and it had been dripping into my shoe the whole time. My shoe was half filled with water and there was water on the floor and rug. My shoe spent the whole night on the radiator trying to dry it out. Unfortunately it wasn’t fully dry by the time we left which was annoying. The apartment wasn’t fully clean and up to the standards we had seen it before. Plates and bowls weren’t clean and the walls had water stains up them. If you’re going to tell someone you are going to have a look at something you should do it or at least check up on the situation. We’re paying enough money for our stuff not to get wet due to your leaking air con. Shocking. Unfortunately we won’t be in a rush to stay there again.

Don’t stay in room 115 the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in sofa bed had been stained for a long time with urine ect and my bed the same rug and curtains stained it still makes me itch when i think about it me and my son had the worst experience the staff need to be trained too they changed my room in the end as I wanted to move hotel but they found me a room for the second night even though it was fully booked that room was lovely but this spoiled my experience
