Belvedere Hotel

I stayed in room 9A. It's basically not even a guest room; it feels more like a storage room that's been converted. The room is tiny, the bed is child-sized, and the entire space is less than 10 square meters, which is a huge mismatch from the photos. The toilet seat was broken and couldn't stay up, so I had to hold it with one hand to use it. There was a terrible draft, and the heating was practically non-existent. When I told the front desk, they offered no solutions and actually asked me if I had any suggestions, which frankly just made me laugh in disbelief. There was an empty family room available, but they wouldn't let me switch for free, so I ended up sleeping in a sweater and down jacket. Now I've caught a cold because of it. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!
