We came back twice on the same trip on our way home. Great little hotel. Comfy and a great location near the Earls Court Station. The small kitchen area is a great plus as it has a Nespresso coffee maker and a small fridge. Great way to start the day.

I've only got a bottle of cheap wine on arrival - but I do not drink alcohol! Have asked the quite room on the upper floor, but got the one on the 1st floor with the view to dirty wall - at least the room was quite. Tea and sugar supply has never been replenished. On the day of checkout I've asked to extend time till 2 pm only as a VIP member, but was offered it for additional payment of 30 pounds - that's ridiculous! Deposit of 50 pounds is still blocked on my bank card. Staff was helpful - printed boarding pass for me. No breakfast room at the hotel.

Overall location to earls court station and not too far walk to design museum etc. the room was small and cot my son was a bit small , but overall the hotel good. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

While the charming neighborhood, friendly staff, and prime location near the tube, groceries, and restaurants make this hotel a fantastic base for exploring the city, the tiny rooms and lack of good ventilation might leave you feeling a bit cramped and stuffy.

We loved our stay here. Staff is very friendly and everything is clean. However the "small room" is indeed very small and if you're unlucky you won't get the one on the picture, but one where the bed is between two walls. To everyone above 1,80 m hight, this is gonna be quiet uncomfortable for sleeping. When we pointed this out the staff was friendly and let us change the room to one with more bed space. Thanks for the lovely stay!

The front desk was great. Always very friendly and helpful. The only two items that were an issue was that the room was too hot, even though I continually turned off the heat and lowered the temperature. And the fold out bed for my stepson was VERY uncomfortable. He said that he could feel the bars poking into his back. Otherwise our stay was great and I would stay at this hotel again.

They placed me in a basement room and there were absolutely no issues with that. Clean rooms and especially quiet. Would stay again.
