房間設施各方面都很好，就是早餐是點單的，每人35磅，早餐一般其實可以出去吃，酒店位置好地鐵很近，步行至大本鐘也很近

短期內入住兩次
優點：
- 中心位置
- 房間寬大舒適，空調暖氣很好用，有送鮮花，水果，巧克力及果汁
- 同行人有幾天走路不方便，酒店還給準備了一個禮盒，裏面有肌肉舒緩膏，零食以及撲克（？）
- 禮賓服務熱情
- 總體晚上比較安靜，衹有一晚聽到了樓下街邊較大音樂聲
還可以改進：
- 早餐服務標準不太規範：有時到了要等幾分鐘才有人帶座，有時提供黃油果醬，有時不提供，有時要才提供；員工一直記不住房間號
- 客房服務誤將我們自帶的餐具當成酒店餐具回收走，隔天打電話才找回
- 兩次房間的撥號電話都各有一個不好用，一台沒有接線，另一台無法通話
- 卧室的磁吸房門晚上開合時會發出很大聲響，最好應該增加緩沖隔音條
- 洗衣服務也比較慢，沒有做到隔日送回，和前台溝通後才送回
- 衞生間洗澡後會冷一些
- 其中一間屋子裡面有些裝飾畫有些瘮人
