Excellent location and service. Staff in front desk are gorgeous and helpful. Supermarket nearby and opens til kid night.
The only thing need to improve is the lighting. Definitely too dark with the weather. Room size is small even with one upgrade. No slippers provided or to buy, pls bring ur own.

the hotel was decorated well and very stylish. The amenities were lacking with no in-room iron/board, microwave, or accessible ice machines.

Fantastic lounge. Rooms clean, but on the small side. For some reason no shower doors. Washroom floor would get really wet, otherwise great hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location - nice hotel. We had a nice stay. Only thing we didn’t love was the lobby was full of people working on their laptops, headphones on. It felt like a “we work” location. Far too busy. We never wanted to linger in our own lobby because it was chaotic. The room was lovely and clean. Right on the Piccadilly line so getting anywhere in London was a breeze.

Pro: Lively lobby, well run overall. Staff are excellent. Dining is very good. Great location, steps from tube stop and lots of neighborhood amenities.
Con: Room lighting is quite low.
No shelves in the bathroom for putting out toiletries

Everything was perfect but oddly the security or doorman told me I couldn’t sit on a couch downstairs while I was awaiting an Uber. Random people walking in off the street were permitted to. As soon as I said that I’d wait for my Uber upstairs he said it was okay. Unclear about what made him assume I wasn’t staying there and why he chose me. Weird. He was a 0/10. Other staff 10/10. Cool front desk. Clean room. Comfy bed.
