This apartment hotel had everything we needed and was very nice. It made our London stay comfortable and convenient. Don’t be worried about their not being a front desk, you are very well taken care of here!

It was our 1st time in London and we were thrilled to find such an affordable apartmemt for our family! We needed separate sleeping spaces for our teen and a laudry machine...we were thrilled with the proximity to the tube as well as a Tesco Express!! We did not want to leave!!!

Great apartment, best neighbourhood, awesome customer service and the rooms have so much available. Coffee, tea, bags for a trip and a camera to borrow. It was super clean and a lot of local sustainable furniture is in the rooms. Cool local arts are shown in the building. We will be back!

Loved the apartment design, they've thought of everything from charger adapters down to easy keyless entry. On the location it's an easy walk from Liverpool St station which connected to Stansted airport and the rest of the city very well, but every time I went out I just wanted to come back and enjoy the local neighborhood. The variety of food and pubs nearby is fantastic, and so well connected to the city!

Everything is done to feel well in the flat. The bedding is incredible in the bed but also in the sofa. You have plug, chargers for mobile/computer. The bathroom is also functionnal. Bob succeeds in taking care of his travellers. The neighborhood is lively and nice, the underground station is 3 minutes to walk . I invite you to stop here.

Great location and good restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment was very beautiful and clean and well equipped (even yoga mats), worked well for two adults and a 12 year old child. Excellent customer service. I recommend!

Your home away from home. I had a wonderful stay at Bobw Commercial House in London. In a prime location, with incredibly good restaurants close by and good public transport links, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in London. You feel at home as soon as you enter your room. A nice welcome card, locally produced coffee and free usable yoga mats, instant cameras and water bottles definitely make the BobW experience extra special. I'm already looking forward to my next visit., See you soon!

This was a very comfortable.apartment with modern furnishings, a great bed, a small kitchen and separate living/dining space. This was all I needed and felt like home after work during the day. The place also had an in room washer/dryer unit. Great location near good restaurants, an art museum and near a tube stop so was easy to get anywhere around the city.

Very nice stay at Bob W in London, clean rooms, perfect bed linen, nice kitchen, easy to find, Liverpool station is about 12 min walk, its perfect. We highly recommend this place when staying in the city💕
