Premier Inn Derry / Londonderry hotel

It was ok, some confusion with the booking and a bit slow to sort it out.

It would be nice if they would also put even 1 bottle of water. And have some toothbrush even if the guess will pay. However overall is good the cleanliness the the bed is very comfortable.

Hotel was located at a very convenient place. Ample parking lots. Room was clean but the bed was too soft for my back.

We stayed here for 3 nights while we were having work done in our house. The staff were all really polite and helpful, especially the young man at reception every evening. The carpet in our rooms (we had 2 - interconnecting) looked brand new, the bathrooms were beautifully done and the rooms were spotlessly clean. It's true about their beds, they are the most comfortable beds ever! I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the rooms are, some of the biggest we've had in hotels and we've been to many over the years. We never stayed in a Premier Inn before but I can honestly say, I will be trying out many more of them on our travels. I was thinking to myself how much better it was than the 4 star Hilton London Heathrow and out of nowhere my husband said exactly what I was thinking. The restaurant staff were also lovely and again, couldn't do enough for you. From the servers to the managers they were all great. A special mention for Nicole who was a very polite but quiet young lady who did her job well. There was also a lovely lady (management I think) from Poland who was so accommodating and was a lovely person. All in all we had a lovely stay and didn't meet a single staff member that was anything less than wonderful! So thank you very much to everyone at Premier Inn Derry for a fantastic stay!

It's right by a gas station; that's handy. It was quiet. Plenty of parking. Plenty of food. Staff was very helpful with my booking mistake.

Great location with free parking at site. Great value for money & the staff are so friendly. Food is great & cheap. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Will definitely be back again soon.

My Fiancée had a great time the bed was so comfy and we got engaged. We will be back again in the summer for my birthday as I turn forty in July.

Went in for a few days for work & couldn’t believe how clean & friendly the staff were for the price I paid. Keep up the great work. Special mention to Gareth & Sam.

Firstly the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly but like most of these hotels the noise from the corridors/other rooms makes for a very broken nights sleep. Add in the fact that the heating cant be controlled from the room, says on the display its central controlled and continued to pump out hot air all night. On leaving the room after only a few hours sleep I was in need of a coffee.....arrived for breakfast and the coffee machine was broke. For the money its alright but our next visit we will be staying elsewhere.
