Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Long Beach Airport

The staffs were friendly, we stayed for 1 week and our experience was great there.

The staff was very friendly and kind unfortunately they were out of shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries . The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and some of the towels were dirty/dark. Also we had a cockroach in the restroom.

Awesome, hotel to stay in!!!!!! Great service, very attentive staff, clean facility and the area is beautiful!!!!!!!

Overall, not a great stay. At check in, the person helping me was rather dismissive, and barely said a word to me. After she activated the key cards, she handed them to me, then walked away without another word. Didn't point me to where my room was, no "have a nice stay," nothing. Once I got in the room, there were dirty stains on the fridge doors, chipped paint from the walls, random stains and scratches all over the place, spiderwebs on the shower ceiling. The worst part would be the roaches I saw in the bathroom throughout my stay. Every other time I opened the bathroom door, 1 or 2 would be either a few inches from the wall or on the edge of the bathtub. I managed to catch 3 and flush them, but I can only imagine how many must be behind my wall and inside the hotel at large. I was supposed to stay 4 nights, but I got fed up and left 1 night early. I only stayed as long as I did because I already paid for it and couldn't get refunded, it was nearby my gig for the weekend, and I knew I wouldn't be spending much time in the room. I'd say you're better off at some other hotel or Airbnb.

Room wasn’t cleaned at all, soap was opened and used. Bed was unmade and looked like someone had been sleeping in it. Sheets were dirty. Lock on the hotel door was broken. Smelt like feet. When I asked for a room that was a bit cleaner and had basic safety they just gave me a new set of sheets. I didn’t even stay one night since I felt unsafe having no lock.

The place is infested with critters. As I came into the room after checking in, the room had a horrible smell and when opening the fridge, small critters were running by the door. I spoke to the manager right away and she promised the refund for the reservation which I am still waiting to process by *******. I booked because of the brand of Extended stay America and got mislead. I went back to check the reviews and notice that two to three months ago there was also same complaints about smell and critters . I hope the manager reads this and process my refund as soon as possible.

I found a cockroach in my room. The kitchen doesn't come stocked - only if you ask for supplies. Lots of things were broken and hastily fixed or patched with caulk (the drawers on my dresser didn't stay closed) The breakfast was coffee and a granola bar if you were lucky, an oatmeal packet if you were even luckier.

We didnt have the best experience with the cleanliness. Our bedsheets were stained with brown stuff, there was hair in our blankets. The whole place wasnt wiped down or sanitized. Bed sheets hadnt been changed. It smelled horrendous. The only positive is that the staff was kind and the parking was good. There were people standing around the property for hours at a time doing strange things, the police were called. No place for children.
