The Hotel added a $25 service fee for each day booked. They did this upon check-in. This was not mentioned in the booking information for this hotel. The booking fees are not refundable, and they reminded me of this fact. So you have the choice of losing the total paid for the booking, or pay the service fee for each day. So the pricing driving you to make the choice to book this hotel is now higher by $25 per night.
Trip.com paid the service fee due to the bate and switch that the hotel pulled on me. The room was very small, but it was clean. The hotel is under construction, so the floor is plywood in the hallway.
There is no parking available. What ever you can find on a very busy Lime street.
I cannot recommend this hotel for the reasons given above.

The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 "Service Fee" which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call ******* when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices.

When paying the deposit, I paid an additional $75, so I asked what it was and was told that there would be a service charge of $25 per night;;
Even when I asked what the service fee was, they kept giving me stupid answers.
In the end, I inquired through Trip.com and Trip.com refunded me.
The room is just like a motel and there is a strange Southeast Asian guy in the room.
I stayed here at a very expensive price because other hotel rooms were fully booked, but it was really bad.

It's very close to the sea, and I opened the door with a key, I haven't seen it for a long time. They are all pretty good, the lady at the front desk is very nice, if you give me a good review, I must give it hahaha
