You and your family will absolutely LOVE this comfortably furnished BAY FRONT Beach Home with large deck and Amazing Sunset Views!
This property is a 2nd floor of a duplex with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths on each floor. It's a Bay Front Property that is only one short block from the Ocean Beach. Very easy Bay and Beach access. For your pleasure and convenience we provide 4 beach badges (kids under 12 are free) and beach chairs. A kayak is available for our guests at no additional cost (shared by both floors) with easy bay access for launching in our back yard. Our large and replenished beach has a full-time lifeguard on duty during the high season.
Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen 40' TV and a nice comfortable sectional sofa will make you feel like home. Two bedrooms have queen size bed with NEW HIGH QUALITY comfortable mattresses and the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Gas BBQ Grill. Gates on the deck. Please, no smoking. No linens/towels are provided. Washer and dryer are located downstairs in garage area.
A deposit of half the term of rental is required at the time of booking as is a signed contract and the balance of the rental is due one month prior to check-in. Saturday - to - Saturday. Check in at 4 pm, check out at 10 am.
A short walk to the many restaurants (Daddy O is only a few streets away - it's a nice restaurant, famous for it's happy hours :-)), ice cream parlor and a lunch place DOM's is very close , liquor store, food store and gift shops. Miniature golf is available a short distance away. Fishing equipment, kayaks, surf boards, jet skis are available for rent nearby.
COME AND ENJOY peaceful mornings with glorious sunrises, afternoons filled with fun activities and sandy feet and in the evening find yourself enjoying soft and warm evening breeze and absolutely gorgeous sunsets while resting in the lounge chair with a glass of your favorite wine. Or have your own waterfront dining on our large deck overlooking the bay. What can be more relaxing?

Cozy house in a great location
We booked this house for our wedding as we were having it LBI. Viktoriya was very responsive and help full before, throughout, and even after the stay. The house is in an ideal location. Will most likely stay again at some point.

Perfect Family Getaway
Our family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful LBI home. Quick walk to the beach with unbeatable views of the sunset on the bay. The house itself was very comfortable with more than enough room to fit our family. The beds/mattresses were pleasant to sleep on and we really enjoyed having dinners on the outside deck. Perfect in every way
From stunning sunsets to ease of getting to the beach, this property delivered on all you need for a great LBI vacation. Traveling with a baby meant less room for beach items, but because Kevin provided chairs, an umbrella and even boogie boards, he had that covered for us. The added bonus of being on the bay with kayaks meant opportunities for even more fun!!! Thanks Kevin and Viktoriya allowing us to have a wonderful time

Great Stay
Amazing view of sunsets on the bay, quick walk to the ocean. Property was right near everything, my wife, children (6 + 1) and I had a really great stay, highly recommend the property.

The evening show! and more...
As a long time visitor to LBI, I knew the Island and location well so I was happy for this location where you can walk to many places and be close to both the beach and the bay.
My reasons for choosing this property were: 1. The bay front view. 2. The ability to bring my pup 3. The rental cost. And this property did not disappoint!!
Going in with an understanding that the structure is one of the older more traditional properties, we just wanted clean and accessible and that is what we got.
The top deck view of the evening sunset is amazing. I brought my own cushions for the Adirondack deck chairs which we were glad we did because we spent two hours out there every night. You can start your morning with some quick kayaking and then walk to the beach. The owners supply beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys.
The house is clean and rooms have beachy decor.
The deck has a gate so pups or kids cannot fall down the steep stairs.
The owners were very quick to reply via text to all questions.
We were glad to have spent some time here. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

Our stay was great. Thank you. The only thing that I found negative was the late ability of getting in. Unless you own hundreds of properties and only hire one cleaning organization it should not take til 400 pm to go in. Also this is a pet friendly unit so I know owner is aware people travel far pets are not allowed on beach so your first day is a wash out. The day you leave is sooo early 10 am but no cleaners come til late because of your 4 pm entrance rule so why do we have to leave early ?so you lose another day because you can’t bring pets on beach and you can’t stay there. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay but really it’s a five day stay not seven . Thank you june

Beautiful Sunsets
This was a cozy escape right on the bay. The sunset each night was fantastic! It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of living space for 3 adults The only complaint would be the noise from the busy road. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic, cozy, great view!
We loved our stay! The house was immaculately clean, the view from the deck is so beautiful and just a block from the beach! We would definitely rent this house again!
