Absolutely stunning hotel. The moment you arrive the valet is there to greet you, followed by your butler. Check-in was a breeze with a lovely prosecco to cool you off. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The patio was large with plenty of room to move around. The lagoon and Under the Sea activity is a must for all. The pools were pristine and the beachfront perfect. Sunrise and sunset absolutely gorgeous.

A few friends and I visited the St. Regis on a Friday night to listen to the live jazz in the lobby. Everything was fabulous - especially our bartender Brittany. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were also celebrating my birthday and she even took the time to make our visit that much more special with champagne and a cute St. Regis teddy bear! She gave us exceptional service and delicious drinks. We will be back very soon! :)

This is by far the best resort I have stayed and I have travelled a lot in the US but also in many other countries. The attention to detail, the customer service is sublime, everyone is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s the little things that have been thought about, like the swimsuit refresh, the turn down service, the amenities in the room and quality of products in the bathroom, in the bar, the espresso machine, The Bentley car service, the pool cool boxes and water, the wooden boxes for service all make it a exceptional resort. Every evening the turn down service provided an extra little something in the room which I looked forward to. The bars, the food, the pools, the pool butlers, the lazy river all were great. The ambience in the Oshen bar was amazing, coupled with the sunsets. We were due to stay for 2 nights we ended up staying 4, then moved on to our next destination for only 2 nights then came back for another 4 nights, so 2 nights turned into 8 in total. This definitely made our 3 week trip from UK more special. We visit Florida every year and travel around but we will definitely be returning here as soon as possible! Finally I want to mention a few people, which if you read all my other reviews I don’t do that often however, Jay on check in desk who has made our stay even more special with his warm, kind, fun personality and he is amazing at his job, it was always a pleasure chatting to him. The other person is Michael who drove us around here and there in the Bentley, again his lovely personality, kindness, friendliness, his recommendations and great conversations, made our stay more special. The room maids, too many to mention were all amazing. Finally Logan in the Lobby bar who was so lovely, put up with us every night and made the best drinks! I’m a Human Resources Director and culture is very important to me and I have to say whatever recruitment methods used for this team are exceptional, the culture and staff team, are all superb!

Wow! What a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end! We were initially greeted with a warm welcome by Frazier with a complimentary glass of champagne. He did a great job explaining the amenities and provided excellent suggestions for our stay. I met Jeffrey, who was very kind and made excellent recommendations for our group. And Curtis, the resort driver, made certain that we arrived at our destinations safely, while also being able to help us navigate the best places to visit off property. We had meals from three of the onsite restaurants. All three meals were exceptional. The bedding in the rooms was perfect...I would love to know the mattress company! (I tried to look..lol). We enjoyed taking the bikes for a spin, laying on the beach, the adult pool, the sunsets, and the lazy river. What a relaxing trip. I would highly recommend this resort!

What a wonderfully beautiful resort. My the moment we walked in and were handed a glass of champagne, that set the tone. Frazier showed us to our room and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeffrey from the front desk was so helpful and was very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and I look forward to my next visit!!

Exquisite, luxurious, modern, serene! just some of the many reasons to visit this resort. We made a last minute decision to come to Sarasota and we were between this hotel and the Ritz Carlton in Sarasota. We definitely made the right decision! First impressions on arriving and being greeted by Giorgio, we knew we were in for a treat! We were checked in by the lovely manager Eduardo, whilst being served with a glass of fizz in a traditional champagne saucer. For those that don’t know, a champagne saucer is the original glass for champagne and only normally found in hotels such as The Ritz and Claridges (it’s maybe an English thing!) The lobby is beautiful; decor and layout along with a scrumptious scent From there we met the lovely butler Frazier. He showed us around the resort which is definitely worth doing. We were taken to our room, with an upgrade and wow! The view was something else. Everything here is outstanding…from the lovely Eva at the beach bar to the Asian/peruvian restaurant. We are booked into CW Prime tonight which looks fabulous. Thanks to Tim for sorting everything The hotel isn’t big, and apparently it’s at 77% capacity but it feels like it’s 25% as there’s just so much space! Not going to lie, not going to give the lazy river a try, but the kids look to be having a ball in there! The beach is stunning, the beds extremely comfy and love the little button for when you need a drink. We have been fortunate to stay in some amazing hotels around the world, and this is up there with the Burj, Six Senses, One&Only and Shangri La. My only complaint is that we aren’t staying for longer, but we will definitely be back for a little bit of luxury.

We spent 5 days at the resort over spring break with our 2 kids, ages 6 and 8. Our kids had celebrated their birthdays the week before and were surprised with macrons in the room, a cute note from the butler team, and personalized bags with their names and princess peach/yoshi on them. It was an amazing touch and made the kids day. The service was top notch, from the pool to the restaurant. We had breakfast at Riva every morning which was great, and we ate dinner there twice. Food was very good. We also ate lunch at the pool a few times and it was all delicious. We loved the Sabrage they have every night at 6pm, and it was a great touch that they included the kids by passing out Shirley temples to all of them. We did the snorkel experience which was really awesome. Loved feeding the stingrays and snorkeling around looking at all of the fish. The tortoises were a big hit with the kids as well. The room was spacious and the balcony was as well. My only complaint about the room was that when you shower, water leaked between the door and the shower wall and caused a puddle to form on the floor outside the shower. Overall, this was a very family friendly resort and I would 100% go back. I wish I could remember everyone’s names to give a personal shout out, but seriously everyone we came in contact with were top notch. Everyone went out of their way to make not only my husband and I, but our kids as well, feel welcomed and special.

Stopped by the new St. Regis to have lunch and check it out before we stay as guests next week. An extensive hotel review will follow then. This is just for their tiki beach bar, The Monkey Bar, but of course no shorter than any of my other reviews. Outside winding entrance road and gate area kind of bare, perhaps because of the devastation from last fall’s hurricane which forced them to close right after opening. Could see lots of new plants, but no palm trees or trees of any kind so looks stark. Hard to tell ballroom entrance you see first vs the lobby entrance further up. Both understated in appearance. Resort offers valet parking only, immediate service upon driving up. Told charge is $10 with a validated ticket from a restaurant, otherwise I think it would have been $37. Asked at reception how much parking is as a guest, almost $60 a night including the tax. Beautiful huge lobby, 3 reception desks to the right. Entrance to CW Prime on the left. Two gas fire places burning even though it was almost 90° out. Gorgeous view of the gulf visible looking straight through lobby to expansive wall of windows. Gorgeous lobby bar in the middle with elaborate stained glass lighted structure overhead (can be seen on line, will post photo next review). Found our way outside past Riva, down steep stairs to another open air restaurant. Got directions to Monkey Bar which was still mobbed at 2 pm. Every table taken, some chair hogs holding seats (with no one sitting there for an hour I noticed). Mentioned it to the waitress who replied not her job to monitor it, and they must be in the restroom. Finally got two seats at the bar. Excellent service. Extremely limited food menu-four entree items? Tropical drinks $25 each. Didn’t care for my grouper sandwich but husband liked it, and they had nicely cut it in half plated onto two plates when we said we were going to share it. Fries crispy, tasty, pirate rum drink yummy. Met several people, none of whom were staying there. All had walked up the beach to check it out. Pool area absolutely mobbed, and actually smaller than it looks on line. Loud music playing. Lazy river looks inviting. Beach much quieter and looks beautiful. Told all seating is first come first served. We walked past an adults only pool to get to the beach area. Smaller with a pretty waterfall feature. Our female server (the only woman) very good. Only negative was the guy bartender in front of us. Ignored us when we sat down, ignored us the entire meal, and looked miserable. Snapped at guests asking questions. Maybe unhappy working during spring break. Very grumpy to anyone who tried to speak to him. Fortunately didn’t have to deal with him. Note that we happened to stop at the Aura restaurant at first to ask was this the Monkey Bar, but was snootily told by hostess that “Aura is only for guests and members”. We must have looked kind of scruffy to her I guess. But I smiled and replied then I guess we’ll see you next week when we stay here. Su
