A great experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist Debbie who was incredibly helpful, ensuring all our requests were met, obliging us with an early check in time. The rooms were just as described. Beautiful and spacious with everything you could possibly need in them. We especially loved the crisp spotless white bedding that led to a restful nights sleep. On to the hotel restaurant where we met our waiter Chris who made our dining experience so memorable with his charming and friendly nature. We can honestly recommend here for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay ! We came as a family for a luxury spa day including lunch on Saturday 12th April and had a lovely day but had some issues which we fed back about on the day. Someone called us in the subsequent week and agreed it was unacceptable and I was expecting a call back to let me know what compensation would be provided. Please telephone to organise our compensation and we look forward to visiting again soon.

A very pleasant stay in a bit of a quirky hotel. It was clean and it was quiet. Beds were comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant. And I chose the ham hock terrine as a starter, had it been any smaller, I would have needed a magnifying glass to spot it. Come on chef, it's just a terrine, not caviar. We both had chicken which was OK, nothing special. Wine not too expensive. Nice for an overnight stay if you're en route somewhere. The best bit was the chorizo nibbles, superb!

I booked the sumptuous spa break for my wife’s birthday. We stayed overnight, arriving in the afternoon and used the gym. Dinner in the evening, food was delicious. Breakfast first thing and then a full body massage at 10am followed by the spa lunch at midday. Every member of staff was brilliant, always very attentive and made sure everything was right. On arrival my wife had a card and small box of chocolates to wish her a happy birthday, a very nice touch. Our massage was excellent, I’m out of my comfort zone with this, not my thing but it was very enjoyable. My wife has visited before and thoroughly enjoyed it again, both leaving feeling very relaxed. Once again I have to say the staff were brilliant, always smiling and making you feel welcome, thank you everyone for making my wife’s birthday treat very special.

invited to afternoon tea with a friend, i was very impressed with the selection of cakes, and fresh offerings we had, server was so friendly and warm, reception was faultless upon arrival, so impressed! special thanks is to chef carl, who was i believe walking through at the time, but when we questioned the chef, he took the time to go through all our patisserie items on the afternoon tea we had, credit to your team! thankyou, will be back.

Just returned home after a thoroughly enjoyable spa day with my mum. I had a full body massage with the wonderful Lola who I would absolutely recommend. She listened to my needs and I was soon asleep Afternoon tea was lovely and again the young gentleman behind the bar provided some great service

My daughter and I decided to treat ourselves to the “Mid week Spa experience for 2 Spa Day which was £100 each. Having been today, we are wondering how on earth they justify that cost?? The £100 doesn’t include any food or drink whatsoever, we weren’t even offered so much as a glass of water on arrival when we sat down to fill in the consent forms. We “upgraded” and paid £22.50 each extra for lunch, to be given the choice of a toastie, omelette & chips, or a salad, and either fresh fruit platter or raspberry meringue tart to follow. To be fair the main courses were reasonable, but the fruit platter was meant to come with mango sorbet which they forgot, and the pastry case of the raspberry tart was tough as old boots. £45 for the 2 of us and not even a soft drink included. So for your £100 a head, you get the use of the one tired looking pool that’s crowded if there were more than 2 of you in it, a steam room, a sauna and a jacuzzi. Although the jacuzzi wasn’t working on the day we visited. To give them their dues they had phoned us the day before to tell us this and offer to change to a different date, but this was the only date the both of us could do so we stuck with it. But no offer of a reduction in price or even a complimentary drink by way of apology. We did both have a back & shoulder massage which was okay, nothing special, just a basic massage oil used as I didn’t smell any scents at all. In and out in 20 minutes, when advertised as 25 minutes. There is meant to be complimentary coffee in the Amber lounge but when we went in there at 11am the machine wasn’t even switched on, there were no cups, and no glasses for the water. We left immediately after lunch as there was nothing else to do. We were so disappointed, paying that much a head we were expecting so much more. Next time we’re going the local swimming pool and a Wetherspoons afterwards. It’ll be a lot cheaper and more choice of food.

Afternoon Business Networking Tea with Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Such an enjoyable and pleasant experience at Brands Hatch Place Hotel & Spa for our Business Networking Afternoon Tea with Kent Invicta Chamber members and guests! ☕ From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and discreet, attentive service from Tomas (General Manager) and his exceptional team. They went above and beyond to make Kent-based businesses feel at home, offering insightful tours of the corporate facilities and engaging with first-time visitors, who had never visited the hotel before. The event was a perfect blend of networking and indulgence, made even sweeter by the hotel's generosity: kindly donating leftover cakes (who leaves cake?!) to a fellow Chamber charity. An exquisite afternoon, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommended for both business and leisure. #NetworkingWithCake #ExceptionalHospitality #BrandsHatchPlaceSpa #CelebratingKentHotels #HandPickedHotels Kaz Macklin Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce
