This was a hi-lite in our trip as the "Gardeners Cottage" was cute and clean. Very interesting history and the "rose gardens" are not to be missed. Very nice. Thx.

No ac early checkout stringently enforced, no screens on windows making it terrible for flies and mosquitoes. Priced aggressively. A one a done visit.

It had everything we needed. It was an old property (c.150yrs old) so it was never going to be state-of-the-art with underfloor heating, surround-sound disco-lighting (and it would have been awful if it was like that) but it catered for us perfectly, was quiet and comfortable.

We loved staying in the Gardener’s Cottage C1830. So quiet and was like stepping back in time. Great walking this historic estate, superb rose garden, farm buildings and convict history.

We loved the estate. It was beautiful walking through the grounds and we loved the kitchen garden and the berry cage! Very special place. I just wish there was a little more money to spend
On the conservation of a world heritage site! I can’t imagine it lasting for
Another 50 years with such a light touch of upkeep.
