不知道為什麼攜程訂的房間是安排的位置最不好的 而且由於酒店房源問題 不能升級 這個酒店説是今年5月剛開的 倒是沒覺得味道很大 服務還可以 停車位不充足也沒規劃好 早餐那叫一個可憐 出餐也跟不上速度 大家都在那幹看着啥也沒有了 連鹹菜都是後開瓶補了一下 碗刷不出來 最後都是客人自己去刷 簡直那個狼狽 你們開酒店頭天晚上不知道入住率嗎 第二天的早餐準備太不充分了 最後就是煮麪的大姐還堅持着 房間隔音還可以 床品乾淨舒服 毛巾還都比較新 衞生間下水道反味 智能馬桶還可以 衞生紙不行 淋浴那個首次花灑我的媽呀 非常細的水流 沖哪哪疼 你們整改一下吧真的 體驗感特別不好 唯一就是温泉不錯 樓頂就是有點冷 地下的池子也算多 不過已經有壞的了 維修不及時

本來要去山谷裏住別墅，來看了一圈發現別墅温泉池太小晚上很潮，無意間搜到這家新開的温泉酒店，設施很新，價格非常不錯，距離山谷三分鐘，入住體驗非常好，屋頂的温泉無邊泳池很驚艷，晚上看星空，白天看山景，山裡酒店還有很棒的服務，泡温泉有服務人員隨時送水，前台退房的時候也讓帶走幾瓶，前台小姐姐們熱情又周到，房間遇到問題解決超快

平台預訂的時候有“免費升房”優惠，雖然定的房間還不錯，但也很期待升房是這麼樣子，結果到前台之後，説我們的房間很豪華了，沒有升房空間了…
我居然信了，還覺得我真是花大手筆買了超好的房啊。
然後拿到了3樓的房卡，最低的一層客房。我後來打電話問，她説升房就是升到7層，房間差不多的…。
樓層的風景有時候是很值錢的好嗎，算了，帶着孩子們，懶得計較。
房間裏裝修味道有點大，需要開着窗，晚上的時候感覺喉嚨痛。
幸好温泉還不錯，早餐也豐盛。床品睡起來也舒服。房間空間夠大，私湯房是放在房間裏的浴缸，泡的時候要小心滑倒。

設施：酒店是今年開業的，設施齊全，全屋智能。負一層有多個温泉泡池，十層有無邊泳池，屋內有浴缸可以泡私湯。
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，有配備乾淨的浴袍可以直接穿去泡温泉。
服務：工作人員服務很好，熱情周到，包含早餐，正餐可以在餐廳單點，美味量大。
環境：周邊有一條小河，空氣清新，下次泡温泉首選！

酒店距離熱河谷開車三分鐘。距離內蒙美林谷開車50分鐘。周圍風景秀美，可以一起遊玩。
設施：酒店的温泉太好了，10層的户外無邊温泉風景很美，就是天氣太冷了水温不太穩定。上來的時候沒有提供熱浴巾，需要改善。10月中下旬真的太冷了。轉身下樓來到負一層的室內温泉，幾乎包場。緩解一天的疲勞和嚴寒。
衞生：屋裡的下水道反味兒很嚴重。10月中下旬還沒有開始供暖，沒有熱風，屋裡有點冷。需要改善。
