This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I needed supplies in the room, the front desk said they couldn't provide them. I think it's a bit inhumane. The second time I stayed in the room, there was not enough mineral water, so I went to the front desk to ask for it. The front desk said there were only 2 free bottles and they couldn't give it to me. There was no water dispenser in the public area, and they even said nice things to ask the waiter to come to the office to pour me a cup of hot water. It's still a mid- to high-end hotel. It's so embarrassing for the guests in the room to have no water to drink. I will never stay in this hotel again. Bad review, very bad review, very bad review
