Yunhe hotel

Facing the Wushan Canyon, the scenery is good, but the service staff is a bit small. There is only one person on duty at night, and the response is slower than other aspects. However, the service staff are still aware, and the price/performance ratio is average. It is just to facilitate children to go to the canyon. Animals, the room is big enough, but the facilities are not well maintained, the swimming pool cannot be used, and because there are few people, there is a slight gap between the hygiene and the price.

The facilities are good, but there is only one staff member in such a big hotel who doesn't know how it works. I came here after reading other good reviews, but I didn't experience anything. There is no welcome fruit afternoon tea or anything like that. The pick-up and drop-off service only provides pick-up and no drop-off. The swimming pool is dirty. It was so ugly that I couldn’t go down, and there was nothing special about eating or taking pictures. There were only two tickets for the 1586 family suite for four people to stay in the scenic spot. In short, the experience was not good. It was very hard for a young lady at the front desk to run in and out. The hotel management should make rectifications and add more waiters.

The service is warm and considerate, and afternoon tea and breakfast can be delivered to the room. It's very close to the city, only 20 minutes' drive away. The hotel is built on the edge of a cliff with beautiful views. I booked a garden view room, the environment is elegant, and the big soaking pool is very comfortable. Great stay experience!

雖然跟預想的有點差距，但是這個房間是無可挑剔的，兩個房間特別大，洗手間、浴缸都是兩個的，親子出行太貼心了。膠囊咖啡機也很好用！

位置環境不錯，景區裏，房間大，不過早餐是 2-3 星 的水平，酒店沒啥配套設施可玩，基本就是去景區玩，送了門票。

服務還可以，環境好，可以看到湖裡的天鵝飛。就是各種蟲子多了些
