別墅外環境很好，花草樹木多，空氣清新，別墅內設備齊全，樓層高，住得好舒服，房內床鋪乾淨衞生，温泉水質靚，是正宗的温泉水，廚房好大，廚具齊全，煮食好方便，管家服務態度很好，隨叫隨到，我們很滿意，下次還會繼續訂這房型的別墅，謝謝！

完全照騙，環境極度差，玩咁多間，呢間都算係差到無人有，根本就不是給人住，管家等佐一個多小時都唔見人，全屋東西都係爛的都夠膽叫人住，衛生差到恐怖，電線都外露，我地死都唔肯住先肯換房，就算換完房都係勉強叫可以訓，環境都係差到無人有，同照片完全2件事黎.

1.酒店的實際情況和介紹的大部分一致，沒有問題
2.大部分設施比較陳舊，細節方面也是比較差，各個房間的床都很差
3.別墅連衞生紙都不能放夠
4.也是最難忍受的，售後相當差，經常聯繫不到人，入住前出現一次，入住後浴池射燈不亮，半天也沒人解決，晚上洗澡沒熱水！！！很多小孩子都是洗了一半直接沒水出來，聯繫一圈，依舊沒人處理！！！事後也沒有任何道歉或者其他解決方案
