We had a very bad experience with this hotel. After having traveled long we arrived, only to find no one there. We waited a long time and had to look for another hotel in the rain as no one could check us in. After talking with customer service of Trip, we finally got in contact. About 2 hours later we were told that we had to grab the room card ourselves.. Very strange situation. Even later when we went to look for dinner no one was there. The hotel was supposed to cater food too. Only after we got back was someone there who didn't even acknowledge the strange situation. It seems like most reviews are good, but we had a very bad experience. The hotel is not in the most beautiful part of Dazhai and others offer much nicer views.
