攜程權益沒有，安排的房間到處都是臟東西，前台不主動聯繫處理，啥話都不説，要求換房，換了還是同樣的，甚至浴室的東西都是使用過的

這家酒店真的讓我非常驚喜！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到它的高品質和專業服務。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪超級舒適，設施一應俱全。前台工作人員熱情有禮，總是能在第一時間滿足我的需求。房間隔音好，智能化方便快捷！酒店自帶超大停車場，旁邊就是隴西有名的瑞澤山莊，山莊裡的菜品全是隴西當地特色菜，非常適合帶孩子長者吃，裏面園林式的設計非常宜人。在這裏住宿體驗絕佳，強烈推薦！

其他方面都好，就是沒有空調，反正我和朋友是第二天就跑路了，還有一點，這個酒店的位置，在國道旁邊。自己開車還好，要是步行想出去玩，真容易撞大運
