What really made this place unforgettable was Joachim, the host. With years of diving experience (more than my age), he helped me overcome my fear of the underwater world. As a beginner, I was nervous, but he is calm and professional guidance made me feel safe and allowed me to experience a whole new world beneath the surface. You can even meet turtles while diving! With various dive spots surrounding the island, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The staff, including Jessel and Luci, were incredibly friendly and welcoming! This little village became a sanctuary where I could truly unwind and connect with nature. You won’t need music here. The harmony of the wind, waves, and birds is all you need. It’s pure, calming bliss. ＞ The Wi-Fi is good as well, and there are universal power outlets for your convenience ＞ You can easily walk to a nearby lighthouse, discover another quiet white beach, or even play or watching basketball or beach volleyball at the village court ＞ There’s no 7-11(convenience stores) on Cabilao Island, so I recommend bringing the necessary things in advance

Beautiful resort on the shores of the magical island of Cabilao. Exceptional stay in a luxurious bungalow overlooking the sea. Great hospitality from Mr. Joachim and his family. Beautiful property and a wonderful view of the sunset over Cebu Island. Good snorkeling area during high tide. Excellent restaurant with decent portions. Lots of beautiful plants and views. Family like friendliness.

I have been many places and this goes top3 in my rankings. If you want little bit of luxury in your life this is good choice. Owner Joachim is really nice man and professional in big letters. Place is safe, clean, stylish, service exelent, food good, family really nice and friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain except the wheather☔😁

We were there to scout snorkeling locations. The owner showed us around and arranged a boat for us to visit the sites we were interested in. He was very nice, friendly and accommodating. It all looks very nice and seems extremely well maintained. It's all very recent construction. There are plenty of deluxe details. Big beds, super quiet aircon, great wifi, one way glass in the front windows of the rooms! The kitchen at the restaurant is large and very well appointed. It was the chef's day off but food was procured from the resort next door. The waitress was not well trained but was a 10 visually. I'm told the snorkeling was a paradise on Earth prior to Typhoon Odette. Now it is only average and will take many years to regain its former glory. The soft corals are starting to recover but the hard corals are down for the count. We did see some large sea turtles. The hardcore freedivers in our group said that it's still glorious at depths of 35 feet and more, so scuba divers will not be disappointed.
