The apartment location is quite convenient, unfortunately, I was on the first floor, which i thought would be very noisy, but in the end it wasn’t so bad

We recently spent two nights on a stopover trip to Andalucia. We were looking forward to recovering from a long drive by cooling off in the pool or chilling in the SPA. Although the temperatures were in the mid 30s the pool closed the day after our arrival for the season and the indoor pool and SPA was closed both days, as it is closed Sunday and Monday. We had booked the hotel for the proximity to the town and the pool and so were very disappointed that we had not been made aware either on the web site or when we phoned to book. I would have expected that the pool would have been open in September. The room was great, but the hotel was a little tired and could do with someTLC. The food and breakfast were very good and well priced for a four star hotel.

Recepción rápida, muy amables y profesionales. Habitación amplía con gran ventanal, aseo completo, limpieza y orden adecuado. Cenamos y tienen una carta muy completa con excelente cocina, tiene aparcamiento exterior gratuito. Un sitio para repetir.

Habitación amplia y buenas instalaciones .situación en zona muy tranquila. Desayuno co.pleto aunque.no estaría más.algo más devariedad y que el.zumo fuera natural..ducha estupenda con bastantes amenities

Excelente hotel,habitación amplia,colchón muy cómodo..Las comidas buenísimas y el desayuno buffet muy rico,no le falta de nada.No tiene comidas a mediodía pero por su buena ubicación en 5min andando estás en el centro de Lorca y tienes variedad de sitios para comer.La piscina buenísima y la limpieza y el trato de los trabajadores excelente.Hemos venido muy contentos y vamos a volver con la familia.
