Beautiful country house in an amazing rural location. Close to historic villages and towns and the coast. Run by a really lovely family. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful grounds with big swimming pool. Sunday mass in the village church was lovely. A couple of hours from Bologna.

Excellent Accomodation and lovely Swimming pool sitting on stunning grounds. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfast, ultra warm welcome. Efficient service. Great location close to the coast and so many day trips .

Pro: Location veramente rilassante, situata nel verde. Di notte da fuori non si sente nessun rumore. Letto matrimoniale comodo, composto da 1 letto e non da 2 singoli uniti. Asciugacapelli presente Cassaforte presente Colazione buona e abbondante, sia dolce che salata (spettacolare la torta alla ricotta) Box doccia molto grande ! La signora che accoglie è simpatica e cortese Nei periodi di bassa stagione si trovano offerte molto interessanti data la qualità della struttura Contro L' acqua calda nella docca ci mette un pò ad arrivare, bisogna farla scorrere almeno per 10 minuti Il wi-fi non prende ovunque

Ottima location, i paesi vicini sono tutti da visitare sono pieni di storia. ottima colazione e personale gentilissimo. una bellissima piscina per riposarsi dopo una giornata in giro per paesi. vicino a fano con spiagge e relativi servizi. un momento di relax con tempi slow per chi ha voglia di riposare e fare un respirare un poco di cultura.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo bellissimo b & b per solo un week end...tutto perfetto, molto cordiali,sopratutto molto pulito camere molto caratteristiche colazione super abbondante con tante torte e cose diverse..super piscina e una vasca idromassaggio ,immerso nel verde ma facilmente raggiungibile da provare anche per una sola notte!
