We can't say that we had an unforgettable experience.... Firstly, we were surprised to find no drinks in the mini-bar (not even a bottle of water). The highlight was the breakfast! Besides the banality of it, it's the service that's lacking... My daughter having finished the carafe of hot milk for her chocolate, I wait a few minutes for someone to come and replace it. As the room is not monitored, I had to go to the reception, where I was obviously disturbing these ladies... I was told, by an unfriendly person, that "someone was going to come" ... After several minutes of waiting, I had to move towards the kitchen this time: the microwave had rung for a long time, it still took several minutes to transfer the milk into the carafe... I expressed my dissatisfaction at this time. In an establishment where the desire is to serve the customer, they would surely have apologized and done their best to serve me this milk quickly. On the contrary, I think that the carafe was deliberately left waiting on a serving area... They jump on you as soon as you get off the elevator to find out your room number and then no one else! The tables aren't even set, we had to search and open drawers to find cutlery... Pitiful! We are used to traveling to hotels, but this one won't see us again! There are other nicer hotels in Lorient for the same price. Perhaps a management problem? (remember to check the motivation of your room staff, because obviously the person at breakfast doesn't really like their job...).

Hotel very well located, a stone's throw from the shops in the center. Free parking opposite. Very helpful reception staff. Large room, clean, with minibar. Separate toilets. The bathroom could do with a light lick of paint on the baseboards.

Hotel well located in the center but at the foot of it there is a noisy pub in the evening. Charming and welcoming staff. Clean and pleasant rooms. Perfect breakfast with delicious bread, good jams and tasty products. On the other hand, I would never have come to this hotel if I had known that the air conditioning did not work. I think that someone should have told me before I arrived. The lack of air conditioning in this hotel in the city center is very annoying in the heat of June and as the surroundings are noisy it is impossible to open the window. In short, I am very disappointed with this stay, I also note that the FM music soundtracks that play at breakfasts do not add anything to them, quite the contrary.. Sad to play such music in the city of the interceltic festival.

We were a group of 10 walking friends of 6 different nationalities, and I had booked this hotel for 2 nights (with a night in Groix in between), attracted by its excellent location, in the center and close to the piers for Groix and Port Louis. We were very favorably impressed by the kindness of the welcome and by the fabulous breakfast full of local products (crepes, salted butter, caramel, etc.). Very comfortable rooms but with poor views. I had booked and paid for parking thinking it would be guarded, which was not the case; I therefore left the vehicle in front of the hotel in a free public parking lot. I hope I will be reimbursed for the parking.
