Loved the location which was close to downtown shopping and a variety of restaurants. Free city Parking was available across the street, although it is a very busy area. Or choose easy paid parking at the hotel. It was noisy as the room facing the park was close to a very popular bar. Having said that, the bed was super comfortable and I slept 11 hours.

Best hotel for Festival Inter Celtique in France. Great staff, especially Marina who is manager. Very clean throughout. Lovely restaurant attached. Quiet despite number of people outside building.

Visited today,there were two rooms available when we attempted to book one. Unfortunately the person at reception told us about breakfast etc. and by the time he was finished both rooms had been booked. I have never been told of a hotels facilities before booking before,its always post. Very annoyed at what happened,quite unbelievable.

On ne peut pas dire que nous ayons vécu une expérience inoubliable.... Premièrement, nous avons été surpris de ne trouver aucune boisson dans le mini-bar (même pas une bouteille d'eau). Le summum a été le petit déjeuner ! Outre la banalité de celui-ci, c'est le service qui pêche... Ma fille ayant terminé la carafe de lait chaud pour son chocolat, j'attends quelques minutes pour que quelqu'un vienne la remplacer. Comme la salle n'est pas surveillée, j'ai dû me déplacer jusqu'à la réception, où visiblement je dérangeais ces dames... Je me suis fait répondre, par une personne mal aimable, que "quelqu'un allait venir"... Après plusieurs minutes d'attente, j'ai dû me déplacer vers la cuisine cette fois : le micro-onde avait sonné depuis longtemps, il a encore fallut plusieurs minutes pour transvaser le lait dans la carafe... J'ai fait part à ce moment de mon mécontentement. Dans un établissement où la volonté est d'être au service du client, on se serait sûrement excusé et on aurait fait le maximum pour me servir ce lait rapidement. Au contraire, je pense que la carafe est restée volontairement attendre sur un coin de desserte... On vous saute dessus dès votre descente de l'ascenseur pour connaître votre numéro de chambre et après plus personne ! Les tables ne sont même pas dressées, nous avons dû fouiller et ouvrir les tiroirs pour trouver des couverts... Pitoyable ! Nous avons l'habitude de voyager dans des hôtels, mais celui-là ne nous reverra pas! Il y a d'autres hôtels plus sympas à Lorient pour le même prix. Peut-être un problème de management ?(pensez à vérifier la motivation de votre personnel de salle, car visiblement, la personne au petit déjeuner n'aime pas beaucoup son métier...).
