The location is perfect for accessing Union Station. The bathroom keys were broken, so I could not use one of the two rooms. When the neighboring room was too noisy at 3 a.m. and I couldn’t sleep, I asked the front desk staff twice, and they quickly addressed the issue. The heater seemed to be broken. A hairdryer was available upon request.

1) Very good place to stay in LA.
2)There is a kitchen fully facilitated (even with dishes, bowls,nitves and folks), so you can prepare your breakfast by yourself which is very helpful for me in such a expensive city —— LA!
3)Most of the staff is nice and considerate!
4)Very close to restaurants and public transportations.
5)Clean, cozy and quiet.
