First, the pros: The room is very large, with two bedrooms and four large single beds, and a washing machine, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen appliances. The cons: The living room air conditioner is extremely noisy and cannot be turned off. No staff were available during my stay, and I could only contact them via email for issues, with slow responses. On my first day, six Koreans suddenly arrived in the afternoon claiming the room as theirs. They then spent a long time making phone calls outside my room before leaving. During this time, I contacted the room manager but received no on-site assistance and could only make phone calls.

The guesthouse felt like a large management organization overseeing many properties. The address we booked and the address we ended up staying at were different, causing us considerable inconvenience and trouble because we didn't have a car! To be fair, if you have a car, this guesthouse is quite nice! However, it's rather expensive. If you have high standards for accommodation, I suggest avoiding it!

The apartment was very clean and in a fun location, 400 meters from the subway station and in Little Tokyo, convenient for dining and shopping. It felt relatively safe, with only one or two homeless people around. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The air conditioning and heating were also adequate. I was a bit confused about the four-digit code required to enter the main gate upon check-in, but I figured it out.

It's terrible. When I booked it, they said there was free parking, but when I got there, there was not even a paid parking space. The brand new gift that I forgot in the closet in the room was said to have not been seen. This is the first time I have come across such an unreliable hotel after traveling all over the world. It was a gift for a friend and I was so sad that I couldn't find it. It is recommended that Ctrip cancel its cooperation with them. Moreover, it was too troublesome to enter the gate. The instructions given were difficult to operate, and there were several passwords.
