The space
The Bartlett Building is a historical landmark built in 1911 and was the tallest building in the city for 5 years. It was converted into individual lofts and ground floor retail in 2002. The building maintains much of its original character and is truly a pleasure to live in. It is located in the best part of DTLA with everything you need within walking distance.

You will have access to the entire loft which includes a full kitchen with all appliances in addition to all pots, pans, utensils, plates and cups. There is an in unit washer and dryer and full bath tub and shower.
