However, I noticed some comments mentioning large crowds at certain times. It seems this is due to the shuttle service dropping off a batch of guests simultaneously, which is understandable. Despite this, the staff managed the flow effectively, and it didn’t significantly impact the overall experience. A great stay overall!

Hotel overbooked so many rooms, making over 30 people waiting for their rooms. The manager said we have to wait for their room cleaning at 23:00, she even told one woman with walking disabilities back to line. I have already waited for 3 hours, I can’t wait anymore so I asked the manager if I can get my refund. She gave me the answer yes, I just need to reach out the third operator— Trip. But after about half an hour I cancelled my reservation, the hotel refused give me the refund, the prefer let me wait more time to possibly get one single bedroom for one night, actually 9 hours.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton! Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Celebrated my husband’s birthday here and he enjoyed it!

I love this hotel and been staying there often. However, I booked on Trip.com for $186.66 to be paid at the hotel. I was charged $215.67 by the hotel and never got an invoice/receipt for this. I don't have the time to hunt this down, so I am posting this as a warning to future customers. Not sure if Trip.com failed or the Sheraton changed their mind.

Super convenient close to terminal

Very good location. Ideal for us as we have a long flight to catch on the next day. Free airport shuttle bus runs every half hour which is very convenient. The only problem is the noise of the aircrafts, but we were tired enough to get to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, please think twice, it is very loud and noisy!

The hotel is outdated and in need of a makeover. The rooms are clean but lack in modern amenities. The dining selections are limited as well.
Overall its a decent hotel for a one night layover going to or coming from LAX, but they shouldn't charge premium prices just for location. I'd give it 3 stars Max.

Probably the best hotel based on price, location, 24 hr free airport shuttle bus, free water, free wifi, clean spacious room and allow me to check in early at 2 pm and check out at 4 am. Compare around you will not find better deal.
