Location is not bad as it is 15 min drive to airport. Good for an overnight stay for next day transit. It’s in walking distance to McDonald’s and Subway. Hotel staff wasn’t patient to check my Hilton Honors membership and appeared annoyed. Free shuttle to airport the next day but the schedule kept changing on the mobile app. It was late for 15 mins. The shuttle bus driver however was helpful.

The room is nice—clean and spacious! It took 40 minutes to catch the next shuttle bus after we missed one. The hotel provides a simple complimentary breakfast. We’re just wondering why the hotel collected a USD 100 deposit from us again, and why it takes five working days to refund it—especially we had already paid in advance for the room.

前台打電話基本沒人接，朋友送我們來，幾分鐘停車也是按整個住宿來算。給我們的房間那個水龍頭出水量少得可憐，入住時前台對我前面一客人笑容可掬，到我這裏就變成冷臉，不過一夜為了第二天的早航班而已，否則不住這裏

I stayed in the 3rd floor, it was noisy all night long. There were some machinery sounds every once a while, not sure if it came from the upper floor or somewhere outside. As I only stayed here for 1 night, I did not want to spend any times to find out the root cause or change to another room, it is something that the hotel needs to improve.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic from start to finish. We returned here for the 2nd time. The staff at the front desk Mr. Ernie were incredibly professional, welcoming and gave us (family) the best 5 star service.
His service was extraordinary with a compassion heart and kindness.
Our room was spotless, the bed was remarkably comfortable, and the blackout curtains were a lifesaver for sleeping in. After a long travel and tiredness we felt so refreshed the next day.
On top of that, the hotel's location was perfect—just a short walk to the McDonald's, petrol kiosk and Subway.
We particularly loved the breakfast buffet at the hotel, which had a wide variety of fresh options and food was super delicious. Staff Kimberly was courteous and helpful to serve us the best.
It's so convenient to the Airport as they provide shuttle services. We were so happy and satisfied.
Thank you Mr. Ernie for making our stay unforgettable and memorable. This hotel is highly recommend everyone visiting Los Angeles LAX!
