Time by time SLS disappointed! Stayed from August 6–24, extending multiple times and spending generously at the pool and restaurants. Housekeeping and pool staff are excellent, but reception is unprofessional, rude, and repeatedly locked me out of my room. Even basic courtesy was denied—like refusing me access to the lobby restroom while allowing others. For a hotel of this level, management is clearly failing. SLS needs new leadership.

Good but not as 5 star standard, mattress was uncomfortable and the design of bath is bad, which makes everywhere wet.
