Reception on nightshift has no service at all. We booked for 3 nights. The room the we got one the first day everything broke, a phone in the room broke, we need to go down to reception from the 6 floor to ask for help. A/C broke. The room was 81F how people can sleep with that temperature. (no air dryer). It was 2 A.M when we go down to ask for fix the A/C due to late night there was no maintenance. We understand that point we ask for room chance what she said we need to wait for 2 hours due to system Freezing something and no manager at that time so I ask her if she can contact her manager because waiting for 2 hours for room change with that room is the worst. Finally wait about 20 mins to change the room. I did online check in on their Apps request for everyday cleaning but no one clean on the first day. Second day we need to ask cleaner by ourself to clean our room. On the last night we cannot get in to our room with our on hand Keycard so we need to update Keycard again because we cannot open our room. No words explain, no apologize on any unconvinced that we facing during our stay. The most disappointed stay ever. If someone planning to stay more than a night I would recommend find somewhere more worth. I would defiantly not recommend any one stay in this hotel even a night.
