Hotel closes to airport so it is pretty noisy out there. Beside the noise the hotel is good for lay over and shuttle bus to airport runs 24/7 every 10-15 mins

Was very underwhelmed by Westin. Booked this hotel as thought it would be a more pleasant experience and the service would be i***ecable to what i have experienced previously. It was to end the trip on a good ending. Westin is currently renovating their hotel, so a lot of dust around. They also shifted their check-in, but the signs were not noticeable enough (there is another queue for a car rental that quite a few people mistook). Moreover, parking at Westin is $53, even for guest!!! Ridiculous, carpark around the corner at Subway cost only $8 ($12 overnight). Also, if you want to rent a car after this stay, Westin is very far from the typical car rentals (Budget, Avis, hertz). Consider this if you must.

The room is big and comfortable, and the shuttle service is great. We stayed just one night to catch the morning flight for convenience, but we will surely choose yours again next time.

My trip to United States 🇺🇸 more enjoyable as we had the opportunity to experience nature at flagstaff.Really enjoyed being here. The room are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check in process was smooth and the breakfast proceeded are excellent! Will recommend this hotel for all.

Long waitt for shuttle pick-up at airport! Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was good. An average 3 star hotel needing upgrades. Would not recommend this place for a vacation stay!!!!! Plastic cups & paper cups????

Overall very pleasant, easy access, newly renovated room, and small lounge when the main lounge is being renovated. Like it!

I rated here before. Last time the plumbing has big problems. This time they have fixed it by removing the bathtubs and I assume they upgraded the plumbing. The rooms are noisy. I can hear the cars outside and some are loud. Also the air conditioner makes loud clicking noises every now and then, woke me up. And i can hear people in the hallway outside the room. I like the new showers, much better. The area around the hotel seems a bit rough. The rooms are not very clean. Just average for LA.

A good place to stay and very clean and warm! With a small pool to chill out and hot spa to relax!

Newly renovated hotel, room is modern and cozy. Near to airport and they provide shutter bus every 15min.

one of the best hotel i’ve ever been to! the place,facilities,foods,employees and the ambiance it was spectacular. the room is clean and smell so good. all in all it was perfect experience. Good job westin! i’ll be back soon. thank you for the good service.

we love the hotel , the staff are great but because its a airport hotel so you can still hear the airplane sound .

Good: room is good, bed is wonderful, free airport shuttle Bad: Receptionist attitude can be improved. Swimming pool unavailable. Under renovation.

Great location near the airport and free shuttle that runs often to and from the airport. Bed was so comfy and the place was very nice. They are under renovation, so keep that in mind when staying. I woke up to a hammer drill at 9am Saturday morning. But overall, great stay.
