As soon as I checked in I asked about the bar and restaurant they said they provided, it wasn't open or in use. We got to our room & I looked around for cleaniness. Some of the furniture was outdated and torn. Such as the chair by the desk& in the bathroom the metal toilet paper holder was torn and the metal was broken off.there was no sliding door for shower so water can escape onto the floor. And there was old food left in the fridge. When I told the manager in front about the cleaniness and food left in the fridge. She sounded like she ddnt care and said. Oh well that's the maids fault. Why so quick to judge. ?

The service was non existence, especially the counter staff was unfriendly. I had two rooms, both were dirty and smell of cigarette smoke.
I would not recommend my friend to this place.

My family and I where supposed to stay a week on the hotel. The staff never seemed to care, we were 1 hour to check in because they didn’t pay any attention to us, the door keys never worked so we had to go to the reception and asked them to fix them. And after a whole day of being around they told us that tomorrow the hotel was closing and that we had to check in, when we paid to stay a full week. Even a women who just got there wasn’t given her room because they were closing and they were expecting everyone to check out at 11 am (without previous notice about this situation). I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

I was so disappointed with this hotel, which is definitely a motel. Staff just can't be bothered, I asked for a hair dryer and was told one would be delivered and it never was. We had to check out at 6.50am and the doors to reception were locked, I knocked on the doors and eventually a chap did arrive, no apology. The lift sometimes works/sometimes doesn't, the pool wasn't open for our 3 day stay and no housekeeping of any sort. The room is dated, dirty and beds are lumpy. The sink area was dirty, as was the shower. The soundproofing is awful, we could hear the couple next door to us arguing, then making up! I thought the people above us were going to come through the ceiling. Please avoid.

arrived with paid reservation and hotel is out of business but still being booked online. Always call hotels directly before arriving to confirm your reservation. The one time I forget and this is what happens

This hotel has permanently closed. Before you come check with your tour operator to rebook you. We arrived today and its been closed with security that are not helpful. Its been shut for 3days. We was not informed and arrived this evening. We have had to pay in another hotel. Not impressed!!!!!!
