Overall, a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel in a very good location. Although the Walk of Fame is just steps away, the hotel is thankfully almost completely free of the hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed for a private event during our stay. The rather loud music playing there was still clearly audible in our room on the second floor. Furthermore, we unfortunately had the impression that individual requests were either not addressed or only addressed to a very limited extent. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant overall, especially due to the cleanliness and the excellent location.

This hotel is truly excellent! The location is easy to find and super convenient for transportation. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the staff, and check-in was very quick. The room was exceptionally clean, with comfortable and soft bedding, ensuring a very sound sleep. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was just right. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious. It's also super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Disappointing stay - great staff, but the room was a letdown.  While the lobby and valet staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rest of the experience was far from satisfactory. Throughout my stay, the main elevators were rarely functional, forcing us to use a smelly service elevator on multiple days. The room itself was poorly designed and maintained. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the layout made it impossible to watch TV from the bed. Lighting was dim, and the lack of a vanity - combined with a bathroom mirror that had poor lighting - made getting ready very difficult. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, as we found hair from previous guests around the tub. Additionally, the tub lacked a handrail, making it difficult to get in and out safely.  Lastly, despite booking a breakfast-inclusive rate, we were still charged an 18% tax. Honestly, we would have been better off going to McDonald’s. Despite the great service from the staff, the facility issues mean I wouldn’t stay here again, even for free.

❗️There’s no elevator and girls room is on the 3d floor It was great. Beds are solid, not shaking from every movement. Location is great, but take earplugs because it’s too loud outside. There are curtains on each bed. There’s no bathroom in the room, but on the floor. There was soap and shampoo. Hostel provides a towel. Breakfast includes bread, oranges, tea/coffee, butter, jam, instant oats. Common rooms includes billiard. Kitchen is big and lets cook easily. But they should bring more chairs as it’s always not enough during the peak kitchen hours. Unfortunately for me, it was the worst experience because of neighbors. There were acting load like in the midday while it was 1 am / 3am / 7 am. I’ve met a policy in on of the hostels that it must be quite after 11pm. Otherwise, the person must leave. I believe this hostel should also have this policy.

Great location, close to everything. Service was mediocre, and the room was just okay. They only have a pool and a gym, no kids' club, which was incorrectly stated on Trip.com. For international products, it's always best to do your own research and not entirely trust the written descriptions. This hotel doesn't have its own parking; you have to park in the public area next door for $25 a day. When you check in, you need to specifically ask for a parking slip from the front desk to use at the exit!

Air con was very noisy and the room was very dark despite I turned on all the lights. Location was good because there’s a target just nearby. There’s also a tacos truck nearby for delicious tacos

Very nice and well-kept hotel, very comfortable bed, but it's a shame the room is a bit small. Good food, lovely courtyard with a small pool. The location was excellent for our needs but far from tourist attractions. In the evening, it's perfect for a lounge bar.

The bed wasn't comfortable, but everything else was fine. There's no shower head, which is inconvenient for women washing their hair.

It was a block from Hollywood, and I was a little worried because the neighborhood was so remote and quiet, but it was a safe neighborhood. It was close enough to walk to the Laundry Mart. More than a week, suitable for tourists It was a clean hotel. The staff is friendly, but the room is a bit small. Free coffee and water was good The downside is that breakfast and parking are paid.
