A stay at the holiday inn is always comfortable. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable and the added extras like shower gel, hand wash, tea/coffee making facilities are a great touch and helpful for travellers. I would probably only recommend that holiday inn have a mini bar / fridge in the rooms. The location was great for a day out in Gibraltar and the place had great free parking and was value for money. The breakfast was an ok, standard continental breakfast

The service of members of staff is brilliant. The location is good enough to go to restaurants and shops (5-7 min walk) and public transport. The quality of breakfast was so so, as it was busy during the weekend, there was a shortage of food. But overall, it was worth the stay.

A truly well-run hotel: everything runs smoothly, nothing to complain about. Professional welcome, spotless room, relaxed atmosphere without fuss. You can feel that everything is running smoothly, and it's frankly pleasant. I had a great stay, one of those you'll note down without hesitation and keep up your sleeve for next time. Honestly, great.

The staff was very welcoming, and parking was convenient for those driving. It seemed quite crowded. The breakfast was average, and I hope it can be improved (the coffee could be changed; the current one is really terrible).

The parking lot is large and there are parking spaces even if you arrive late. The room is nice and the toiletries are simple. There are too many people at breakfast and you need to queue.
