Stunning property in Cabo, feels like you’re in a lush little neighborhood with casitas spread out. Check in was seamless with a little golf cart tour and margaritas/guac in the room. Room was great with a semi outdoor shower and perfect balcony w/ badass labradorite side table…. Service and amenities at the pool were perfect - Elizabeth at the restaurant was so hospitable

This was the most luxurious work trip I've ever had the privilege to experience. We didn't need to think about anything and we're truly able to relax. Aside from the magic of the ocean and watching whales play in the water while relaxing the pool, the food was spectacular! We did not have a disappointing bite. The favorites were the guacamole (which my husband normally hates) and the hummus. Hummus has been ruined for me now.

Checked in got a beautiful room, oceanfront. Just shared with public beach, so it’s not a private beach for hotel. The resort is spread out, and very expensive. The food is outrageously expensive. It’s ok, nothing amazing. There isn’t even a shop on property to buy some soda, or snacks. Everything is restaurant or room service. The pools are all located next to each other, and are very very hot. I suppose it’s because it’s September and not ideal time to vacation here. I would say the One and Only is far more romantic and intimate. The staff here are all outstanding, which is why I go with 4 stars. I preferred the JW Casa Matt to this as well, as well as the Viceroy. I would say for the cost, I’m not thrilled. The “ beach” is a tiny area that’s shared with public locals. Great snorkeling, but unfortunately it made me a little seasick. If you don’t get a room down by beach, you have long walks or have to rely on golf cart rides from hotel.

This hotel is the best in Cabo . It’s gorgeous, not too loud, not too quiet. The room are clean , large, and beautiful. The spa is off the charts. Sylvia and Magdalena gave us multiple massages are were the best. The food is great. The pool is amazing and the beach is swimmable. The staff is so kind and so gracious. They are great their jobs. I had no issues there. I would go back tomorrow if I could. Nice group of people working there in all the areas. The clothing store is on point with beautiful dresses ( sexy ones too) . I really can’t say anything bad about this place except I didn’t stay long enough!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chileno. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for any requests. The accommodations, restaurants, service, and amenities were all outstanding. We really enjoyed starting each day at the spa and work out facility. The snorkeling was incredible, and it was nice having access to both beaches (private and public). Our Butler Sergio was top notch and made sure every part of the trip was perfect!

Some of the best customer service you will ever have at a resort. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Its clean and well maintained. The staff will ensure your stay in memorable.
